Carl Feilberg was a journalist who was popular in the 1800s and was regarded as one of the most persistent human rights advocates in history. He was also a newspaper editor and a general commentator. David Schwimmer, aka Ross Geller, seems to have similar facial features to a gentleman from the 1800s. Schwimmer not only shares facial features with this man but is apparently also a gentleman.
