NFL Stars Read Mean Tweets About Themselves

Just ahead of the Super Bowl, Jimmy Kimmel brought back the “Mean Tweets” segment on his show, Jimmy Kimmel Live, for his audience to enjoy. This time, it was focusing on NFL players because of the big game coming up. Regardless of whether you rooted for the 49ers or the Chiefs, this was a segment all NFL fans could get behind.

If you are not familiar with the “Mean Tweets” segment, it is pretty straight forward, given the name. It has celebrities come in front of the camera and read mean tweets about them. Aside from the regular celebrity versions of this segment, Jimmy Kimmel has done themed ones for the NBA Finals, the Country Music Awards, and high-profile celebrities reading mean tweets about themselves over and over again.

This NFLMean Tweets” segment went big as far as sports stars. Some of the guests that read the harsh tweets about themselves included Tom Brady, Patrick Mahomes, Travis Kelce, Micheal Irvin, Clay Matthews, Todd Gurley III, Jared Goff, and many more.

Tom Brady is a superstar on the field, and he was one during the “Mean Tweets” segment. He read three different tweets, but the last one mentioning his dog had to have hurt most.

The show had a few players on who would star in the big NFL Super Bowl LIV game, like Travis Kelce and Patrick Mahomes, who played for the Kansas City Chiefs.

You’ll see Joey Bosa laughing off a joke about his nose, Tom Brady getting called a cry baby, Forrest Gump references regarding Jay Ajayi, and people trolling Patrick Mahomes for his haircuts.

The segment, as usual, was hilarious and a must-see, especially for any football fans who are looking to get a good laugh. There are no limits when it comes to roasting these talented NFL players online.
